“ Cadre très agréable, le chef nous propose des mets raffinés avec de nombreuses saveurs qui explosent en bouche, tels le filet de boeuf avec une sauce demi-glace au cacao ou la pomme de Pépé Jean confite au romarin. Très bon moment partagé en famille. ”

“ La pépite de notre séjour de 4 jours en Ardèche. Nous avions réservé mon amie et moi une journée Spa au domaine et était compris le repas de midi à La table de Seibel et la révélation. Nous y sommes revenus manger 3 fois de suite tellement tout était parfait. Les serveuses sont très gentilles, les plats sont incroyables aucunes fausses notes! Digne d’un restaurant étoilé, et pour avoir fait beaucoup de restaurants dont des restaurants Top chef et autres je peux vous dire que celui ci prends la 1ère place! Félicitations au chef et à sa compagne pour leur travail, nous reviendrons c’est sûr! ”
“ En un mot : Incroyable. On s’est régalé du début jusqu’à la fin, du cocktail très bien dosé jusqu’à la vinaigrette de la salade. Tout était vraiment excellent. Petite dégustation d’amuse bouche avant de démarrer un très bon repas. Très belle découverte. De tous les resto que l’on a fait cette semaine en Ardèche, il est de loin le meilleur. Un endroit au calme, “loin” de la foule et de l’agitation du centre de Vallon-Pont-D’Arc (à 5 minutes en voiture). Que du fait maison. Serveur et serveuses adorables. Très bel accueil ! Bravo à toute l’équipe. Nous avons même réservé pour le lendemain soir et update de cet avis après notre retour à la maison : Nous y sommes allés 3 fois en 3 jours tellement on s’est régalé. Cadre splendide. Allez-y les yeux fermés ! ”

“ Our expectations for this restaurant were mixed - we were guests at this campsite and know the quality provided by the restaurants of other comparable campsites in the region. What I can say is that we were pleasantly surprised by everything- from the friendliness and professionalism of the servers, to the presentation of the dishes and the quality of the meals. Each member of staff that we had the pleasure of interacting with was friendly, approachable and above all professional. We enjoyed both breakfast & dinner in this lovely establishment and were charmed into changing our plans to return to dine at this wonderful place for a second evening (If it was not for the team having a well deserved day off, this would have been for 3 evenings, instead of only 2). The dishes were presented in a style worthy of a Michelin starred restaurant and backed up by the quality of the ingredients and the competence of the chef. I asked for a steak to be cooked "Bleu" and have only ever received this to such a high quality by one other cook (the other being formerly employed by the Grand Duke of Luxembourg). Bravo to the entire team, thank you so much for all of your efforts and for giving us some wonderful memories from our vacation 2025.
